Best family holiday we've had in years
Absolutely loved our two-week stay in the Torrevieja pool villa. The kids were in the water from morning till evening and the OceanHome team helped us arrange a day trip to Tabarca Island. Spotless property, everything worked perfectly. We've already booked again for next summer.
Perfect winter escape with easy monthly payments
We spent three months over winter in a lovely apartment in La Mata. The monthly payment system made budgeting simple and the team checked in regularly to make sure everything was fine. The flat was warm, well-furnished, and just a short walk from the promenade. We will definitely be back next winter.
Third winter in a row and it keeps getting better
This is our third consecutive winter in Torrevieja with OceanHome. The mild climate is perfect for our retirement and the team always finds us a well-maintained property close to the salt lakes. Walking along the promenade in January sunshine while friends back home deal with -20 degrees never gets old. Highly recommended for anyone escaping the Nordic dark season.
Ideal base for a golf trip
Came for a golf week with friends and the villa location was ideal -- three courses within a 15-minute drive including Villamartin and Las Ramblas. The house was spacious enough for six adults and the barbecue area was a real bonus after a day on the greens. OceanHome even recommended a local pro for a group lesson.
Waking up to the sound of waves
The beachfront apartment in Guardamar exceeded our expectations. We could hear the waves from the balcony and the beach was literally a two-minute walk. The OceanHome team gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations too -- we still dream about the paella at that little chiringuito they suggested. Wonderful week.
Fantastic for families with young children
Travelled with our three kids aged 4, 7, and 10. The villa had a fenced pool which was essential for us, and the team even arranged a cot and highchair before we arrived. Smooth check-in process and the welcome pack with milk, bread, and local juice was a lovely touch. The nearby Zenia Boulevard shopping centre kept us busy on the one rainy afternoon.
Charming townhouse in the heart of town
We wanted to be able to walk everywhere and this townhouse delivered. The Habaneras shopping centre, Friday market, and harbour were all within ten minutes on foot. The rooftop terrace was perfect for sundowners. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described on the website. Would happily recommend OceanHome to friends.
Two months of sunshine and good service
We stayed for two months in Playa Flamenca over winter. The apartment had fast WiFi which was important as I worked remotely for part of the stay. The monthly payment links made everything smooth and transparent. Only small note: the mattress could have been a bit firmer. Otherwise everything was very good and we would use OceanHome again.
Peaceful location and great communication
We chose Guardamar for its natural dunes and quieter pace, and OceanHome found us the perfect apartment overlooking the pine forest. Communication was excellent from booking to checkout -- they answered every question within hours, often in Finnish which we appreciated. The area guide PDF they sent before arrival was incredibly helpful.
Great value right on the La Mata promenade
We booked a 10-night stay in La Mata and were pleasantly surprised by the value. The apartment was modern and recently renovated, with sea views from the living room. La Mata beach is less crowded than Torrevieja and perfect for long walks. German-speaking support from the team was a big plus for us.
Birthday celebration villa was absolutely perfect
We rented a large villa for my wife's 50th birthday and invited family from Belgium, France, and the UK. The property slept 10 comfortably and the pool area was perfect for our celebration. The OceanHome team arranged an airport pickup for my mother-in-law and even recommended a caterer for the birthday dinner. Above and beyond.
Our new winter tradition
My husband and I are both retired and decided to try spending three months in Spain instead of enduring another grey British winter. OceanHome made the whole process so easy -- from choosing the right apartment near the La Mata market to explaining how the monthly electricity billing works. We've made friends with other long-stayers and already booked next winter. Life-changing decision, honestly.
