Yes, every apartment we list includes air conditioning as standard. Most units have split-system AC in the living room and bedrooms, plus ceiling fans for quieter cooling at night. Running costs are typically included in shorter stays and metered for bookings over 60 nights.

The majority of apartment complexes on the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol feature at least one communal pool. Larger developments in Orihuela Costa and Mijas Costa often have two or three pools including a dedicated children's pool. Pools are generally open from May through October.

Around 70 percent of our listed apartments include underground or allocated parking at no extra cost. In town-centre locations like Benidorm or Malaga, some units offer street parking or nearby public car parks. Each listing clearly states whether parking is included.

We list studios from 30 square metres, one-bedroom apartments averaging 50 to 65 square metres, two-bedroom units around 75 to 90 square metres, and three-bedroom apartments up to 120 square metres. Penthouses with private roof terraces of 40 to 80 square metres are available in select complexes.

Community fees on the Costa Blanca typically range from 50 to 150 euros per month, covering pool maintenance, garden upkeep, building insurance, and common area cleaning. Costa del Sol complexes with lifts and concierge services may run 100 to 250 euros monthly. These fees are included in your rental price.

Yes, many of our apartments offer discounted monthly rates for stays of 60 nights or more. Winter lets in Torrevieja, Guardamar, and Fuengirola are popular with northern European retirees. Monthly rentals typically include utilities up to a fair-use cap, with electricity metered separately.

All our apartments include high-speed WiFi, typically 100 Mbps fibre in newer complexes. Many feature a dedicated desk or workspace area. Apartments in Alicante city, Malaga, and Benidorm offer co-working spaces nearby if you need a change of scenery during longer stays.

We arrange key collection either via a secure lockbox at the property or through an in-person meet-and-greet with our local representative. Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00. Early or late arrivals can usually be arranged with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
