All properties in our beachfront collection are within 100 metres of the sand. Many sit directly on the paseo maritimo with ground-floor or first-floor access to the beach. Listings clearly state the exact walking distance so you know precisely what to expect.
Beachfront locations carry a 15 to 30 percent premium over comparable inland properties. However, we offer a wide range from affordable one-bedroom apartments on the Torrevieja seafront starting around 60 euros per night to luxury penthouses in Estepona at 250-plus euros per night.
Over 80 percent of beaches on both coasts hold Blue Flag status with trained lifeguards on duty from June through September. Popular family beaches like Arenal in Javea, La Fossa in Calpe, and Fuengirola's main strand have shallow, calm waters ideal for young swimmers.
Around 60 percent of our beachfront apartments include underground or allocated parking. For those that do not, public parking is typically available within a 5-minute walk. During peak summer months, we recommend arriving before midday to secure street parking in popular areas.
The Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol enjoy over 300 days of sunshine annually. Peak beach season runs from June to September with water temperatures of 24 to 27 degrees Celsius. Shoulder seasons in May and October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and lower rates.
Most beachfront apartments have double-glazed windows and shutters that block outside noise effectively. Properties on quieter stretches in Guardamar, Moraira, and La Cala are especially peaceful. In livelier areas like Benidorm, we recommend upper-floor apartments for a quieter night.
Yes. Beachfront properties along seafront promenades in Torrevieja, Calpe, Fuengirola, and Estepona are surrounded by restaurants, bars, and convenience shops. Most of our beachfront listings have at least five dining options within a 5-minute walk.
