OceanHome provides hands-on property management for holiday homes across the Costa Blanca. Whether your property is a two-bedroom apartment in Torrevieja or a four-bedroom villa in Orihuela Costa, we handle the complete rental cycle — from marketing and bookings through to guest checkout and owner reporting.

We manage three main types of rental:

Short-Term Holiday Lets
Weekly and fortnightly summer bookings, bank holiday weekends, and Easter and Christmas periods. High turnover, high yield — but only if managed well. Our cleaning teams, key holders, and guest communication systems make this effortless for you.
Long-Term Winter Lets
Stays of 60 nights or more, typically retirees and remote workers escaping northern European winters. Lower turnover, steady income, and our automated monthly billing system handles rent collection and electricity metering throughout the stay.
Gap Management Between Owner Visits
Many owners use their Costa Blanca property for a few months each year and want it rented out the rest of the time. We fill those gaps with bookings, keep the property aired and maintained, and have it ready for your return — clean, stocked, and in perfect condition.

Our office is in Torrevieja, which gives us rapid access to properties across the southern Costa Blanca. This is not remote management from London or Helsinki — our team lives here, knows every urbanisation, and can be at most properties within 30 minutes.

Management Packages

Every owner has different needs. Some want us to handle everything; others prefer to stay involved. We offer three levels of service, and you can switch between them at any time.

Full Management

Most Popular

The hands-off option. We handle everything — marketing, bookings, guest communication in five languages, check-in and checkout, professional cleaning and linen, maintenance, property inspections, and monthly financial reporting. You receive a bank transfer and a statement. That is it.

Ideal for owners who live outside Spain or want zero day-to-day involvement.

Partial Management

You keep some tasks — perhaps you prefer to arrange your own cleaning or meet guests yourself — while we handle bookings, marketing, and guest communication. A good option for owners who live locally part of the year and want to stay involved without doing everything.

Ideal for owners who live in Spain part-time or have a local contact who can help.

Emergency-Only

For owners who manage their own rentals but want a local safety net. We hold a set of keys, respond to emergencies (burst pipes, lockouts, appliance failures), and carry out periodic property inspections on your behalf. You handle the bookings and guests; we are there when something goes wrong.

Ideal for experienced landlords who self-manage but need local backup.

Our Team

OceanHome is a small, dedicated team rather than a large impersonal corporation. Every owner has a direct point of contact who knows their property inside and out. Our team speaks English, Spanish, German, Finnish, and Swedish, which means we can serve both owners and guests in their preferred language.

During peak season (June through September), our operations team works seven days a week to handle check-ins, checkouts, and guest support. In the quieter months, we focus on property maintenance, inspections, and preparing for the next season.

We believe in transparency and regular communication. You will never be left wondering what is happening with your property. Monthly statements, post-cleaning photos, maintenance updates, and booking notifications keep you informed without requiring your constant attention.
