Management Packages
Every owner has different needs. Some want us to handle everything; others prefer to stay involved. We offer three levels of service, and you can switch between them at any time.
Full Management
Most PopularThe hands-off option. We handle everything — marketing, bookings, guest communication in five languages, check-in and checkout, professional cleaning and linen, maintenance, property inspections, and monthly financial reporting. You receive a bank transfer and a statement. That is it.
Ideal for owners who live outside Spain or want zero day-to-day involvement.
Partial Management
You keep some tasks — perhaps you prefer to arrange your own cleaning or meet guests yourself — while we handle bookings, marketing, and guest communication. A good option for owners who live locally part of the year and want to stay involved without doing everything.

Emergency-Only
For owners who manage their own rentals but want a local safety net. We hold a set of keys, respond to emergencies (burst pipes, lockouts, appliance failures), and carry out periodic property inspections on your behalf. You handle the bookings and guests; we are there when something goes wrong.
Ideal for experienced landlords who self-manage but need local backup.

OceanHome is a small, dedicated team rather than a large impersonal corporation. Every owner has a direct point of contact who knows their property inside and out. Our team speaks English, Spanish, German, Finnish, and Swedish, which means we can serve both owners and guests in their preferred language.
During peak season (June through September), our operations team works seven days a week to handle check-ins, checkouts, and guest support. In the quieter months, we focus on property maintenance, inspections, and preparing for the next season.
We believe in transparency and regular communication. You will never be left wondering what is happening with your property. Monthly statements, post-cleaning photos, maintenance updates, and booking notifications keep you informed without requiring your constant attention.
